My Message

I’m running for re-election to the Henrietta Town Court to continue providing
the residents of Henrietta with firm, fair, independent and innovative justice.
The experience and insight I’ve gained over 4 years as Town Justice, 40 years as
a practicing lawyer, and hundreds of appearances in local, state and federal
courts has enabled me to render decisions that hold responsible parties
accountable and benefit our community.

I am proud of our diverse and welcoming town. I grew up here; graduated from
R-H Senior High School; and, before being elected Town Justice, served as
President of our award-winning school system. Gail and I are raising our family
here because we love Henrietta. I’m honored to be able to serve the people of
this town and to reflect the values of this community in my court decisions.
